There is a place in Hoi An now called "The Timing Masks" where you can learn how to make a mask which were used in "Tuồng", a traditional art performance in Viet Nam formally.

There are two options for you:
Option 1: Full course of making a mask will be an hour and a half and cost you 15$ for single pax and 12$ for group. You obviously will get the mask you make

Option 2: you can just come and learn how to draw patterns on a mask's surface then it will cost you 8$, you can also take the mask you make for sure.

I think this will be another great option for your pax especially, for family trips when you are around in Hoi An.
